These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of LiveBazaar.

LiveBazaar is operated by LOHITH N, sole proprietor carrying on business under the trade name BNLN CORP, GSTIN 29BRUPN5318L1ZW, having its principal place of business at 1st Floor, Building No. 08, 1st Main Road, Baddihalli, Near Ganesh Temple, Kyathasandra, Tumakuru, Karnataka – 572104 ("LiveBazaar", "Platform", "we", "us", "our").

By using LiveBazaar, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.

1. Marketplace

LiveBazaar primarily operates as an online technology marketplace facilitating transactions between customers and independent third-party sellers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular listing, LiveBazaar is not the seller or manufacturer of third-party products merely because those products are displayed, promoted, ordered or paid for through the Platform.

The relevant seller is responsible for seller-controlled matters including the lawful sourcing, authenticity, description, quality, packaging, labelling, regulatory compliance and fulfilment of products supplied by it, subject to applicable law.

2. LiveBazaar Services

LiveBazaar may provide or facilitate:

• product discovery;

• marketplace listings;

• shoppable videos/reels;

• livestream commerce;

• checkout;

• order transmission;

• payment facilitation;

• COD;

• logistics;

• customer support;

• returns/refunds;

• seller settlements;

• fraud prevention; and

• dispute-management infrastructure.

Providing these services does not by itself constitute manufacture of third-party goods.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Users must have legal capacity to enter into the relevant transaction or act through an authorised representative/guardian where permitted.

Information submitted to LiveBazaar must be accurate.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Product Information

Product information may be supplied by independent sellers.

Sellers are required to provide accurate information and comply with applicable law.

LiveBazaar may remove, suspend or correct listings where reasonably necessary.

Reasonable variations in colour or appearance may arise from device displays, photography or manufacturing, but this does not permit material misrepresentation.

5. Prices

Prices displayed on LiveBazaar are subject to applicable terms, taxes and charges displayed during the transaction.

Sellers must not manipulate MRP, discounts or pricing in violation of applicable law or LiveBazaar policy.

Manifest technical/pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders may be cancelled where legally permissible.

6. Orders

Submission of an order does not guarantee fulfilment.

Orders may be declined or cancelled for legitimate reasons including:

• stock unavailability;

• payment failure;

• fraud concerns;

• seller non-fulfilment;

• delivery restrictions;

• legal/regulatory restrictions;

• manifest pricing errors; or

• technical failures.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

Users must not provide OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or online-banking passwords to LiveBazaar sellers or persons claiming these are required to process a refund.

8. Cash on Delivery

COD may be available for eligible transactions.

LiveBazaar may restrict COD where objectively justified by fraud, risk, location, logistics, order value or repeated abuse.

Customers selecting COD undertake to place genuine orders and make payment upon valid delivery unless there is a legitimate basis to refuse the shipment.

9. Shipping

Shipping may be performed by third-party sellers and/or logistics providers.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

The Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by LiveBazaar's Return, Replacement, Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory consumer remedies.

11. Reels and Livestreams

Products may be promoted through seller videos, creators, hosts or livestreams.

Sellers/hosts must not make misleading or unlawful claims.

Customers should review the final product listing and transaction information before purchasing.

LiveBazaar may remove content, terminate livestreams or suspend sellers for violations.

12. Reviews and User Content

Users must not submit:

• fake reviews;

• defamatory/unlawful material;

• fraudulent evidence;

• infringing content;

• impersonation;

• malicious content;

• misleading information; or

• content violating applicable law.

LiveBazaar may moderate or remove content where legally permitted or required.

13. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• commit fraud;

• interfere with Platform security;

• create fake orders;

• manipulate reviews;

• abuse refunds;

• misuse COD;

• impersonate others;

• exploit technical vulnerabilities;

• scrape or access the Platform unlawfully;

• use another person's payment/account information without authority;

• submit fabricated evidence; or

• use LiveBazaar for unlawful purposes.

14. Fraud and Account Restrictions

Where LiveBazaar reasonably identifies fraud, security risk or material policy violations, it may take proportionate action including:

• additional verification;

• cancellation;

• COD restriction;

• promotion restriction;

• account limitation;

• temporary suspension; or

• termination.

This does not prevent users from exercising non-waivable statutory rights.

15. Intellectual Property

The LiveBazaar name, branding, platform design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party trademarks and seller content remain the property of their respective owners.

No user acquires ownership merely by using the Platform.

16. Seller Responsibility

Independent sellers remain responsible for their own representations, products and seller-controlled legal obligations.

LiveBazaar may investigate disputes and enforce seller policies.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiveBazaar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential commercial losses where such exclusion is legally enforceable.

LiveBazaar's marketplace role does not eliminate liabilities independently imposed upon it by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

18. Indemnity for Misuse

To the extent permitted by law, a user who intentionally violates these Terms or applicable law may be responsible for losses directly arising from such unlawful conduct.

This provision does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

19. Third-Party Services

LiveBazaar may integrate payment, logistics, hosting, communications or other third-party services.

Those providers may be governed by separate terms.

20. Suspension and Termination

LiveBazaar may suspend or terminate Platform access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats or unlawful conduct, subject to applicable law.

Relevant transaction and legal records may be preserved after termination where lawfully required or permitted.

21. Changes to Terms

LiveBazaar may amend these Terms for legal, regulatory, operational, security or commercial reasons.

Material changes will be communicated where required.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights before a Consumer Commission, court, regulator or other authority where such rights exist under applicable law.
